Developing sound in rehearsal is a crucial leadership task for conductors, and in a world of diminishing resources the pressure on being able to do so with maximum efficiency will only increase. So how best can we go about this?
As with everything else concerning conducting, at Conductors Academy we think it is crucial to understand how things should work and organising our approach to ensure that they do. In short, this class aims to clarify what needs to be done, why it needs to be done and how it can be done with the greatest efficiency.
This is a zoom class which can be attended in person or through review of the video. It divides into two parts, presented a week apart, the first focusing on the theory and the second looking at how we can apply this in practice.
